Unity Ball is the brainchild of Nathan Hescock born from his connection to the United Nations, the Czech Cultural Center and the ballroom dance world. Utilizing his dance talents for a good cause is nothing new to Nathan as the co-founder of The Ballroom Foundation, a non-for-profit organization whose mantra is "touching lives through dance." He is also the owner of NY Partner Dance, NY Wedding Dance, Rhythm Break Entertainment and Furnish Green.
"I've always been interested in exploring ways to use social dancing as a way to bring people together" says Nathan, "I feel the Unity Ball is the culmination of everything I believe: bringing people together, feeling the cultural importance of social dancing and most important to me, raising money for two worthwhile charities."
